I recently found this incredible mash up of Far East Movement’s ”Girls On The Dance Floor” and Lady Gaga’s “Just Dance”. I don’t know who did the mash up but I have to give mad props to that person for doing this. I decided to put it against  some footage of the FM/Stereotypes show from House of Blues awhile back. Does everybody remember this post with Nina Sky when they were in the studio back in April? Well its seems that track Nina Sky did called “Beautiful People” written by Lil Eddie and of course produced by The Stereotypes actually premiered a few days ago and has been spreading across radio stations throughout the country like wildfire. It started with Hot 97 in New York right before 4th of July and I just heard the track on Power 106 yesterday here in Los Angeles. Check out the reviews that the song has been getting on 5 Star Hip Hop, New York Post, Rap-Up and DJBooth. The whole internet is buzzing and proclamiming this as the summer anthem, not to mention as a possible future Cover Girl Make up commercial jingle. I’m sure none of us ain’t mad at those comments. Check out the song below!

Yesterday, was a sad day for many of us. Upon hearing of the passing of the King of Pop/Legend Michael Jackson. Many of us immediately started paying tribute by playing some of hits of years past. This man wasn’t just a legend he was an icon to the whole world.  He was the most recognizable celebrity in the world. Nobody came close to him in any way. I tried to debate the notion but I couldn’t think of anybody that would come close. He was only 50 years old, but he will forever live on through his music and our memories. If you’re a gamer like me then you should know that Activision makers of “Guitar Hero” are coming out with “DJ Hero”. Unfortunately I didn’t get to play the game myself during E3 week when it was previewed, but I went saw the competition for this called “Scratch”, which is a DJ based game as well with the same concept and slightly different controls. I played ”Scratch” for a bit during the event and It was good to hear a Stereotypes track on there as well. Which is a great look! Both these games are going to be the hot items for the Holidays for sure. I can’t wait to hear a Sterotypes track on “DJ Hero” as well in the near future. Which at this rate will be really soon! Either if you’re an artist/producer/athlete  or even the part of the entourage its like an unwritten law that you should get a chain. Its a way of saying, “That I made it”.  I don’t know when we’ll get our chains, but I want to say that T-Pain has the right idea here. His “BIG ASS CHAIN” cost $410K believe or not.  Half Mil for a chain?  I wonder how much this thing weighs too? I’m assuming you need to work out your neck to hold this bad boy up.
